How to Submit a Maintenance Request

1. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the problem you’re experiencing, including the location within the property and any relevant details.
2. Attach Photos (Optional but Helpful): If possible, upload photos of the issue to help our team assess and prioritize the repair.
3. Emergency vs. Non-Emergency:
   • Emergency: For urgent issues affecting health or safety (e.g., gas leaks, severe water leaks, loss of heating), contact us immediately by phone at 04 7884 0294.
   • Non-Emergency: For less urgent issues, please use the form below, and we will address it as soon as possible.
